Personal Biography
I work from an integrative, trauma-informed perspective, drawing on EMDR therapy, psychodynamic and relational approaches, nervous-system regulation, and mindfulness-based practices. My style is collaborative, paced, and compassionate, with sensitivity to clients who are highly sensitive, intellectually driven, or accustomed to suppressing their emotional needs to function. Whether we are working through anxiety, immigration-related stress, developmental or attachment wounds, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my role is to support meaningful insight, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience — not just symptom relief, but deeper internal change.
