What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a process where a trained professional, through a therapeutic relationship facilitates you to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work towards achieving your goals and bring positive changes in a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative environment.

It can involve feelings of sadness and hopelessness with difficulty in sleeping or eating. And finally, stress can occur when a person doubts their ability to cope with their surroundings, leading to feelings of exhaustion and tension. However, with the right support and resources, we can help you cultivate resilience to manage these challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
