Personal Biography

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. I support clients in gently exploring their emotions, patterns, and inner experiences so they can move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), with over 7 years of clinical experience across India and Canada. Working across diverse settings and cultures has deepened my understanding of how personal history, family systems, culture, and lived experience shape the way people experience distress and healing.
